The Prestige Group moved into the sphere of property development in 1985-86. The Group is promoted by Mr. Irfan Razack and Mr. Rezwan Razack, who were initially associated in the family business of textile retailing since 1975.

Over the last decade the Prestige Group has grown into becoming one of the leading developers in South India. We have completed 103 developments to date totalling about 6.35 million Sq. Ft. of Commercial and Residential, in addition to this Prestige have developed nine sub-urban residential plotted layouts. Prestige Group are now in the process of building further residential and commercial developments of an area of approximately 2.65 million Sq. Ft. The Prestige Group currently have several developments in the pipeline.

Prestige Group has under construction a Mall having multi-facility Cineplex, Retail and entertainment at Koramangala. One of the group companies under the name of Prestige Leisure Resorts Pvt. Ltd. Is currently managing a Health SPA called Angsana Oasis SPA & Resort on Dodballapur Road, Bangalore.

Prestige Group has completed one commercial building in Chennai.
